    african european blend in french and english, very interesting and rhythmic

    15 songs by zap mama, 5 of which are excellent and very well produced. all of them are interesting but a couple have too much rap for my taste. there's a second cd which is a remix of the main cd for dancing, adding 4 more songs. you tube has 70 of her songs in a continuous play format, some of which are videos.

    This rich voice is not to be missed.

    This is an amazing CD with many features by artists such as Erykah Badu and Talib Kweli. Zap Mama is more than world music, she is a deep and soulful dive into Afro-European rhythms. A great buy with beautiful lyrics and beats.

    Good CD

    It's a pretty good CD. I heard samples of the tracks at the W online store so I knew it was going to be good. I love this kindda music. Super chill.
