There was an issue with the delivery company as the package was damaged in transit and a small piece went missing from the parcel due to the damaged package. I contacted the delivery company and I have had no reply to date. HOWEVER.. when I contacted the seller, they did everything in their power to rectifie the situation. I setled on a partal refund. The seller was in constant contact with me.

I would buy from this seller again as item was great at a great price!

When I pointed this out and sent photo's the seller actually asked me if I could still use it. Well, no, it's broken. I was offered 15% of the purchase price, which I did not think fair. I asked for £3.00,about half the price as I did not want to post back. Never heard a thing back. I know the seller will not like this, but perhaps a bit more thought on refund/ replacement is needed.
