Item arrived incorrectly, not as shown in advertisement, I understand why they have added the stars for stability when posting but this was not outlined in the product description, spoke to them on phone, was told a refund would be processed and I’m yet to receive it, now left with a useless product and I’m out of pocket for a product that was sent incorrectly!

Really unhappy!! I ordered a cake topper for my best friend’s birthday, it took too long to arrive, when I received it, I was furious as they sent a wrong name and wrong message for the cake topper . The communication is even worse as the seller hasn’t responded my messages. I wont be able to order another topper from a different store as it is too late now. What a disappointing experience.
