Has the same vibe as the actual bike
To modellers used to modern plastic kits, this model might seem a little crude in places. However, the original 3HW motorcycle was also a little crude in places so the kit retains that vibe. It's not as if half a dozen manufacturers make a decent-sized model of this bike. If you want one, it has to be this one but you'll not regret making it for a second and you will learn a lot about bikes from this era. Worth the effort
This is a reissue of an old kit that Italeri bought the tooling for after the manufacturer went bust. As such, it isn't up to the standard of fit and finish that you expect in the present day, including from Italeri, but you really can't blame them for its shortcomings. It depends on your approach to model building of course; if you don't mind a bit of fettling to make things fit and take some pleasure from the improvements that result, you won't be too bothered. Having said all that, the end result is quite satisfying and the subject matter is fairly rare, so well worth the effort that you put into it.This is a reissue of an old kit that Italeri bought the tooling for after the manufacturer went bust.
