The controllers worked fine, but the shape didn't fit the size of the player's hands, the bulge at the back clashed with the muscles of his hands. The bulge was not shown in the photos, was a surprise to me. The seller offered a discount, but I preferred to return them for a refund instead, as they really were unusable. Seller refunded in full as soon as he saw the proof of posting for the controllers' return. All satisfactory, but better photos would have been a good idea.
