After contacting seller to confirm what was included... I made the purchase and the item was dispatched immediately and I recorded a few days later... The screen was immaculate as c confirm and the frame had few scratches from wear and tear as confirmed... Seller sent me the incorrect item which I appreciate does happen from time to time and have done so myself before. Got in touch with seller who was very apologetic and explained how the wrong item was sent my mistake. Seller paid for me to return this item and have a full refund without hesitation. Would buy from again due to the customer service received .
