Item was missing a part (one of the graters) support was snotty bordering rude, got sent an incorrect part, problem not solved but I'll live with it rather than bother going to the Post Office to return it.
Maria, who I dealt was unaware that their supplier had changed what they put in the box, clearly they do not bother to check items they send out preferring to save time and ship it just as it came in from China.

I've approached this issue with nothing but kindness, however was met with sarcasm "What do you mean "investigate" It's not a whodunit TV drama". We gave you a full run down and reason as to why it was missing a part as it was a manufacturing issue and not just with your package but with the majority of the boxes and have apologised. You were given the correct part as you were missing that part after seeing the picture you provided, which you say is already in the picture, when it wasn't.
