As described in so far as it was sold as seen and did have liquid in the description. This may have been an office clearance but I suspect that must have been some time ago and has been stored in a damp environment ever since. In fairness I didn't buy this to work but better packaging would have prevented the part I wanted being bent. Still many useful parts here so not to bad. Nice try many thanks.
