    Good Basic Smartphone

    Bought this to replace an old phone which I use as a back up.....using the number for all those business websites that need your mobile number, but then sell it on to all those commercial organisations that you don't wish to speak to!! Upgraded the operating system gratis, and does all that I need from it. The upgrade had useful features which allow the battery to last longer between charges.

    Should have shopped for any other model

    After having used the phone for two years now, I must admit I made a huge mistake to buy this stuff. It's basically a phone with all the wi-fi and bluetooth capabilities and the Internet obviously, but to me it's been a constant struggle to make it work properly while browsing the Web. It's great for calling, texting and listening to music. Other than that, it's crap. At least I've got some stuff installed on it to have paid off for the phone already.

    Meets all your basic needs as well as being a smartphone.

    In short, the Sony Xperia U meets all the needs of an everyday smartphone. Friendly interface and if you have used an android device before, whether on an Tablet or another phone, you're good to go on this one. The features such as camera, video and other neccessities like emails and browsers are up to date & standard for use by anyone as you can get updates just like most latest handsets on the market. It can be a great gift to someone or for anyone making their first jump from the old simple brick phones.

    Great android daily pocket phone!

    Love the speed of the device! Did not expected that camera is going to be so good! Day time pictures are great, not that good at night! Sound is brilliant when put on the table or other surface. Like the size of the phone as that was the reason why i bought it! I was thinking of Xperia S but the size was too big for me! All the moves with finger works properly! Possible to find many great applications if needed and all the features in the phone are comfortable to use daily! This is the phone i could suggest to people that are looking for nice pocket device with newest technologies in nowadays! Cheers! ;)

    Little in size but big in performance

    For an old fart like me this is a fantastic little phone! It's so easy to use and has all the features I need. It's the first mobile I have been 100% pleased with! It may be smaller thn the 'kings of mobiles' but, as they say, size doesn't matter! It delivers! Thats the main thing.
