Arrived well wrapped and in good condition. 6 items arrived in two packages. The packages arrived 48 hours apart! One slight niggle, five of the six mats were slightly smaller than as advertised (by 1-2 cm in each direction). Overall good value for money, will use again.

Seller sent me ONE set (2 baskets instead of 4).
When I told the seller, I was told: I had ordered 2 baskets and was sent 2 baskets.
When I pointed out I had paid for 2 sets (4 baskets), so had overpaid by £7.59...I was offered a £4 refund!
Eventually managed to get half of my money back, to compensate for their sending half an order. It was hard work.
