I ordered 20kg of Pacific Tuna in 18mm and the listing said with matching 15mm pop up per every 5 kilo ordered free
The delivery took a week to come and I’ve been sent 15mm which I didn’t want !!

Thanks for the feedback but it would be great if you update it as you purchased 15mm, simply click your order history to take a look. I'm happy to discuss in messages and sort this out if you feel hard done by.
We spoke at length and I went out my way to offer you some different popups, even things you didn't order because I figured you wouldn't want the 4 x popups, all you have to do is message and I will sort any issues. There's no need to incorrectly make us look useless in public.
