The sugar canister and bowls were beautiful. They arrived quickly, but everything was broken in shipping. I contacted the seller and she was wonderful. Offered choices of exchanging for other items or refunding, as she had no more of the sugar container nor bowls. She responded quickly to me every time I sent a message. I will definitely watch her store for more items to purchase!

Positive experience. Shipping was a bit pricey, and the product was packaged a bit questionably (the box chosen was a tad too small for the glass product it was holding). Otherwise, the product arrived on time, undamaged, and without issue. Seller also provided an amazing hand-written thank you card that made the experience that much better! Seller recommended!
