Items will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment (with the exclusion of Weekends & Bank Holidays). Normal delivery is expected within 3-5 working days for UK Mainland, however please allow up to 7 working days in the case of any unforeseeable circumstances, which are out of our control. Next day/express delivery is also available at an additional cost.

We only accept returns within 14 days of receipt of an item(s).

The repair service itself falls under a 30-day warranty should you encounter any faults. If this is the case, you would have to ship the device back to us or have it collected if you are in London and within the M25, so that we can assess it further and repair it.
