Seller and handbag genuine, the problem was the shipping. This was supposed to be secured shipping as it’s a high value item. My bad for having my old address on eBay, but…. They let someone else sign for it after they confirmed to me twice I cold come pick it up security at a delivery depot. If this someone else wanted to keep the Chanel bag, nothing could stop them. So it was a little stressful receiving it. However… not the seller’s fault as it came from the authenticator directly.
