I would describe the books in very good condition, but not like new as the seller indicated simply because there was writing of a child's name in the front of each book. While many of those names were written in pencil and somewhat erasable, the last 5 or 6 books were written in pen or silver marker. In any case the books were packaged with care and shipped in a timely fashion which is much appreciated!
