Item size was bigger than I thought but the seller told me I can send it back and they will reprint it in the size I want. Not sure if it was the seller or ebay but I didn t get a tracking number

Item is true 1/64, which is larger by comparison to a matchbox branded truck. Also, I do list the dimensions in the item description. Sent customer an example of each and offered to exchange for the size he needs, which is closer to 1/87 scale. Asked customer to revise this, but not sure yet, though my listing was correct

I told customer to let me know on the 2nd if the didn't arrive. I cannot control the mail, and if I shipped with tracking I would have to charge $5 more. There is no cheap tracking option. I would have happily refunded or reshipped. But a negative review without having a chance to fix it is not really a good customer response either. Notice nearly 2400 reviews so I think I know how to take care of customers.
