Not one to usually leave a less than stellar review. I would say the book was "good" not "very good" as the color had rubbed off part of the spine and the back left side of the cover had creases. Book was shipped in a cereal box flipped inside out and wrapped in one sheet of tissue paper with some wrapping paper as added as a bit of stuffing. NOW, that said, the seller did state it was in good condition for its age AND I get it for a very good price. ALSO, was shipped quickly.

A 'must' study guide to learning the Bible
Love the CD as it is a quick overview of the Bible along with more understandable answers to some of the difficult verses. Chuck has an exceptional ability to find those hidden finger prints of God's throughout His word which verifies His authorship. No other book ever written is like the Word of God. I am still working through the workbook, and will be for many more weeks. All great stuff.

If you really want to know your Bible and see the 'scarlet thread' as Dr. Missler calls it that weaves the Old & New Testament of Jesus Christ together than this is the book for you. I have handed out many copies of this book to friends and no one has been disappointed, in fact, almost every page amazes. For example, when the Jewish people wandered in the wilderness for 40 years, they did so in the shape of a cross. The four standards the twelve tribes rallied around were the lion, ox, man, and eagle which are not only the four faces of the cherubim but also representative of the four Gospels portrayal of Jesus....Matthew (Lion of Judah), Mark (ox-suffering servant), Luke (son of Man), John (eagle-Son of God). This is just a couple of examples of what this book contains. Plus it works for ... If you think of the Bible as an outline of explanation of God's love to man, this is an excellent outline of the outline! This book brings the Bible together. I have ordered this book many times to give to people who are serious about understanding the Bible and the role of mankind as this relates to God's plan and purpose. This book is not a disappointment if you think that the Bible is indeed literal and should be viewed as such. This is a great book for anyone who wishes to expand her/his understanding and horizons. Charles Missler relates many specific prophecies of the Old Testament concerning the Messiah to the fulfillment in Christ in the New Testament. He explains the different layers of prophecy as such are written. I especially liked his attention to the book of Ruth and how ... This book does take a pretribulation, premillennial view, and the author does provide good reasons for such a view, even relating this to the time of Noah.

Love the author. I will miss him on YouTube. He passed a couple of years ago. He looks at the Bible from a scientific perspective but is careful not to diminish the truth.
