Product was broken. Box was fine. Contacted seller they did nothing . Now they are just ignoring me. So Negative feedback it is. I tried to be reasonable. F- really poor customer service. Just avoid this seller!

If the item is damaged, you need to provide photos of the outer packaging of the item and photos of the damaged item in order to file a claim with the logistics company. You did not provide it.
