    Sadly didn't work out despite best efforts that took a long time but order was refunded in the end I guess, even though it did require a great deal of effort on my part first to help them then dealing with eBay when they ghosted me. Item was described fine, but there was postage option around which we ran into weeks of issues, that I seemed to be doing more to resolve

    That is not at all how it happened and the last correspondence was from myself to you confirming that I would arrange for a refund, which I did promptly. eBay was not involved at all. I appreciate the disappointment but the item was listed for collection only I do not appreciate an untrue review on my ebay page.
