This item was listed as new, it had been well used and was missing several items that were supposed to come with it including the manual, and worst of all it had no blade so I couldn't even test it to see if it worked. Seller's response was "I posted pictures". You can not tell in the pictures that all of these things were missing. It was packed well for shipping and seller said "send it back", should have offered a partial refund for falsely advertising an item as NEW.
