Not even lactose free milk helped my sinuses like this. I may yet find another alternative that I won't have to sell an arm & a leg for but I haven't found one yet. Delivery was super speedy & the powder is super easy to make up. For me, 140g makes 1 litre & lasts 3 days with a bowl of cereal & one cup of coffee. Just add it to hot water & it mixes super easily.

Taste seems okay but I’ve found old powder tends to clump up fast , or already clumpy. There are also powders with varying percentages of dairy milk powder, which may be a good or a bad thing.
