Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the highest degree of integrity in all our dealings with potential, current and past clients (for the rest of this documents, when client is used it will refer to E-bay buyer), both in terms of normal commercial confidentiality, and the protection of all personal information received in the course of providing the business services concerned. We extend the same standards to all our customers, suppliers and associates.
Ethics
We always conduct our own services honestly and honourably, and expect our buyers and suppliers to do the same. Take proper account of ethical considerations, together with the protection and enhancement of the moral position of our clients and suppliers.
Duty of care
Our actions will always conform to relevant law, and we believe that all buyers and suppliers should avoid causing any adverse effect on the human rights of people with whom we deal within, the local and wider environments, and the well-being of society at large.
Conflict of interest
We will not knowingly engage in any activities, which will be conflicting with the procedures laid down by E-bay
Contracts
Our contract will usually be in the form of a detailed sales proposal, including item description, costs, timescales and deliverables. The quality of our service and the value of our support provide the only true basis for continuity. We always try to meet our clients' requirements, and regulatory requirements.
Fees
We will endeavour to make our fees competitive for carriage and any other related additional charges re international postage charges; we will always endeavour to ensure that our service is of a high standard. As such we do not generally offer discounts or a reduction in price, as all sales are normally through E-Bay auction, and any buy it now will be only at Clients request.
When an Auction or buy it now is successful, any client who has any requirements not line with the stated original E-bay sales listing presentation, we will always try to help clients find solutions which accommodate there needs, as long as they are in line with E-bay regulations. Wherever possible we agree our fees and basis of charges clearly in advance, so that we and our clients can plan reliably for what lies ahead, only if the delivery requirements are not within the parameters of the stated E-Bay listing (i.e. international carriage) will the final postage costs need to be adjusted to cover the, extra costs which will be incurred, in this circumstance an E-bay invoice will be sent to the Client.
Payment
We aim to be as flexible as possible in the way that our services can be paid for, payment types we accept include, Pay Pal, Postal Order, Cheque (and Cash on collection only). We make no attempt to charge interest on late payments, however we will open a E-bay case to solve the problem of non Payment after 4 days, if payment or arrangement for payment has not been actioned by the Client. If Full payment has is not received within 7 days after the Client has own the Auction/ Buy it now, we reserve the right to go to a second chance listing or to realist the item.
Intellectual property and moral rights
We retain the moral rights in, and ownership of, all property that we sell until full payment has been received. In return we respect the Clients rights over the property once full payment is received including item cost whether buy it now or auction, carriage and any additional carriage costs, we also own the copy right on all photo's, anyone using the photo's without my permission, are breaching copy right and also breaching Ebay regulations, we reserve the right to notify ebay if this situation arises.
Quality assurance
We maintain the quality of what we sell through constant ongoing review of all items we purchase for sale. We encourage our Clients to contact us with any issues, so that we can work to resolve these as quickly and efficiently as possible. Any items we purchase which do not meet our quality standards are disposed of immediately.
Professional conduct
We conduct all of our activities professionally and with integrity. We take great care to ensure that our Clients are happy with our products and service we offer, so that issues are never influenced by anything other than the best and proper interests of our clients.
