This item arrived within two weeks which was weeks ahead of schedule. Sadly, the stone looks much more like London Blue Topaz instead of aquamarine. I understood that I was buying a lab created stone, but much more effort needs to be made to at least come close to the natural stone color. The stone is set in a very nice bezel setting which is a clean complimentary setting. It was listed as sterling silver but seems quite soft and mars easily even with light use.
