    The description was missing a photo of the black side of the duvet. Which was discoloured and rough. I disposed of the item rather than complain and ask for my money back for an incomplete description. I gave the seller private feedback about this. She responded in a very rude manner. I just wanted to let her know that if the description had included the state of the black side, I would never have bought it. There was no need to be rude. She also sent a laughing emoji saying "well, You bid!"

    The ๐Ÿ˜‚ was sent with the comment โ€˜ you bidโ€™ as buyer stated โ€˜ no one bid for it anywayโ€™ ๐Ÿค”. Why would you just bin an item and not request a refund which I would have been happy to do if buyer not satisfied. I have been selling for many years and until this buyer had no issues & 100% feedback. Something suspicious about this, feels like this buyer just wants to cause trouble & leave negative feedback * be aware* The item was used but in good usable condition.
