I was unlucky to receive a hanger with an Hermès logo that wasn't in the centre and was slightly wonky. I explained to the seller that I could accept any signs of wear as the hanger is described as Vintage but that this noticeable defect bothered me, especially considering the price I paid. The seller was dismissive and not willing to make an exception to the returns policy or any other compensatory gesture. I would not purchase from this seller again.

This is wrong again! You told me at first that this item was counterfeit to justify the return request and so I refused! This item must have been used and was never sold as new! You are no longer welcome here! Not serious or reliable.
