I had a great experience with this seller! The item arrived just as described shortly after ordering - they sent the item 1st class. I contacted the seller to request for the item to be wrapped with extra care and they really went out of their way to do that - the package was really well secured with sellotape and plenty of bubble wrap around the items. Made me an offer on an item which I accepted, then cancelled the order. The reason listed being that the item was out of stock or damaged but the item went back up for sale so that was clearly not the case. The seller did not message me either about the cancelled order or the relisted item, very disappointed and without item. To be fair I have been refunded, but I'd rather have had the item and am very put out from the lack of any communication.

Hello, Unfortunately, like the reason that I had listed, was the item was out of stock (this being my communication to you). Ebay for some reason relisted the item automatically- which I hadn't noticed and it has since been taken down. I'm quite confused as I'm checking my inbox and have received no message from you? Surely if you had concerns you would have reached out? Thanks for acknowledging you were refunded almost immediately due to this error.
