You can either return it to us yourself (at your cost) or we can arrange (at your cost) for our courier to collect it from you. If there is a problem with the towbar we would ask that you contact us as even professional fitters can misread instructions. If faulty or incorrectly supplied we will arrange for our courier to collect it from you (at our cost) and for another towbar to be sent or of course we can give you a full refund instead
