The product arrived very quickly and was well packaged. I contacted the seller to inform them that the valve removal tool was not in the package, they replied asking for order number and post code. I supplied both but haven't heard anything since. I have still given a positive review as the main product was there and arrived quickly. It wasn't a major problem for me, but would be for some people!
