Absolutely brilliant first experience buying from Euxton Tiles. Great communication with sellers. Arranged to collect tiles from Chorley but company advised that they had a sister company based closer to my home and they arranged delivery to there. Tiles were ready when we went to collect on arranged date. Superb service, would not hesitate to use this company again. Many thanks for your help.

Had a confirmed delivery date, took an unpaid day off work and waiting in until 20:00, but no delivery. Contacted the company 3 times on the day and no one could help. Had contact with the haulier who advised it was booked for 3 days later, but I was unavailable then. Managed to rearrange to a convenient date directly with the haulier, but no support from the actual company. Very poor customer service, no one could help and was left with no idea what to do.

I'm sorry that you had this problem but I see from our contact with you that on 6th April you actually requested that we deliver on the 15th April which was confirmed by us (you can see this in your ebay messages) so not sure why you waited in on the 12th as you said, maybe you got your dates mixed up. Anyway, I see that the delivery was changed to the 13th when you were also available. I'm sorry that you felt you had to leave us negative feedback when we were only following your request.
