It comes with a choice of heights for pulling from ground level or pulling from 2ft above ground level. If your posts are over 2" in diameter the jaws of the puller will not fit around your post. I used a loop of rope around the post and pulling this it worked fine. It was brilliant at pulling steel Road pins out.
