The cushion is well-padded and supportive for my husband. Before ordering this item, I was very reassured to know that it is endorsed by the NHS. This cushion is so impressive that I will probably be ordering another one for my chair. Certainly, I would not hesitate to recommend it to others. My only criticism us that - perhaps - it could be a tad less expensive.

Before ordering, I was told - if it doesn't fit properly, just return it for a complete refund, and that is what I did - with the return label they provided, and I paid for postage. It was tracked, and I when they received it, I was notified, and within 3 days, my money was refunded--in full, minus postage. A small price to pay, for absolutely first class service.
