The stile and rail are a little different from the picture of the product and the product received. Also, the processing is a little messy. However, I respect the company's ability to send such a heavy door for such a low shipping cost. Overall, I am satisfied with the product.

I purchased a fire door which was advertised as brand new. When the door arrived, it hard marks all over it and wasn't in pristine condition as you would expect a brand new item to be. Furthermore, part of the wood frame on the window was visibly cracked. When I contacted the seller they offered me no real solution. I will be painting the door anyway so the marks will be covered, but the damage is irreparable. After paying over £250 for a door this is not the customer service you would expect.
