This world has become a real drag. This Valerian root helps a bit. I first heard about it on Fight Club. I tried it in its natural form and it tasted disgusting but noticed an effect. I have been on it for a while and I recommend it. Now in capsule form I don't taste it at all. I also self medicate with alcohol at night, chocolate and I chain smoke. Well this world is still revolting. Evil rules and it is permitted because no-one opposes it.
