EBay pushing for Feedback. Giving a ‘Neutral’ experience because the item is good but P&P lets this Seller down. Poor packaging and £6.21 postage owed to me. I have given the Seller the opportunity to do the right thing. I paid £9.50 yet they paid only £3.29. Nothing forthcoming and they did not reply to my last message. Such a shame. Nothing wrong with their items for sale but ask for better packaging and correct postage.

Again wrong item sent. Sent bac full refund. Seller blames buyer a lot for her high postage charges when queried. Ordered 3 pairs shoes all sent in 1 parcel so basically £15 paid for postage when it cost them £3.29 to post. Doesn’t take responsibility for anything it’s either eBay’s fault or buyers. 3 pairs shoes ordered not 1 of them correct size Shame as nice shoes.

Arrived with missing items. Contacted the seller but did not respond for 5 days, after our sons birthday. Explained before and after they arrived via message on when his brithday was and when they were needed for. Before they gove a refund they are asking for pictures of the discarded items and delivery package. All which has been used and thrown away. Very disappointed with treatment I am receiving. Would not use again
