POOR Transaction/Communication w/Seller! Received wrong item, seller sent cheaper item w/o any attempt to let me know or price adjistment! I paid for an item posted 4 sale but seller did not have! Scam! I tried numerous times to get an $ adjustment but seller ignored requests. Item description states no refunds. I bought and paid for higher priced item ($39.99) but seller sent cheaper priced item ($23.00). A difference $16.99 for which I asked for an adjustment. WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!

I decided to reply to this feedback as it's simply inaccurate. Yes, I did send the wrong item, I owned up to that error and apologized. I offered multiple times for the buyer to return the item for a full refund which she refused to do as I still have not received the return request and/or had the item returned. This situation and review are not indicative of what I have spent the past 19 years building and that is a successful business with top rated customer service.
