This was a new 00 gauge Diesel engine that was very competitively priced and was perfect for the era and area that I model. It arrived well packaged and arrived very promptly.
The manufacturer had omitted the small tension lock couplings that should have been in the parts bag. I contacted Rails via e-Bay and they dealt with the issue in double quick time and sent me a pair of the couplings FOC. I have purchased from both the e-Bay and retail outlets of Rails many times over many years. 10/10!
