Seller was quick and helpful when responding to my question. Bike was brand new as described, posted promptly and received safely. It did require some technical knowledge to build the remaining 15% of the bike (add pedals, seat, handlebars and front wheel, but brakes and gears etc already fitted); my baseline experience for a bike build is about a 3/10, but nothing that some youtube videos couldn't help with. Overall excellent experience with seller - would buy from them again.
