Advertised as 2-3 days delivery. After purchase received a message apologising that they were having difficulty with suitable packaging and the item would now arrive in approx 10 days. My final msg please send ASAP. The seller immediately then cancelled the sale and arranged a refund. Refund took a week to clear leaving me without the computer and without funds to purchase an alternative

Yes. This is correct. I didn't feel the packaging was secure enough to send so I tried to source something more suitable. You got hostile, complaining that you needed it to be sent immediately which I couldn't fulfil, so I issued you with a full refund immediately. The fact that it took seven days to clear has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with me. What did you expect me to do? Send an insecure package prone to damage?
