I use these gel packs several times a day in both cold and hot mode. They are sturdy, easy to use, lightweight, flexible and very comfortable. Being of slim design you can walk around “wearing” them unlike the larger, bulkier types.

I bought this product specifically as it stated it remains flexible after freezing, but it does not. It goes rock solid and is little if no use to use on my shoulder. I have tried using it at fridge temperature, but then it is not cold enough. Back to ice cubes and a tea towel sadly.

I have used the compress hot. I warms up in a microwave oven in 30seconds. The Compress is a convenient size and is flexible so it fits close to the skin. Although it strikes hot initially it is quite bearable and maintaining pressure ensures the compress stays in position. After about 10-15 minutes it is cooled to a little over ambient.

I bought the gel pad to see if it would help with tendinitis, I froze the pad and placed it on my Achilles, the coldness really helped, I recommend wrapping it in a tea towel to take the edge of the coldness. It can be used in the microwave too, although I haven’t. Highly recommend, it helps a whole lot and it’s a great price.

This is the first time for using reusable ice/heat packs. The size chosen was spot on and the length of time it holds heat or cold is good.

Very robust seams, which is good as I've had other brands spring blue gooey leaks at the edges. Not as much gel in them as in some competitors' so they don't last very long but the flip side is that they're quick to rechill. I bought two and I would buy them again.

I use this to help alleviate tennis elbow pain. You need to let the Pad "defrost" slightly so you can bend it to the contours of wherever you want to put it. Beware, don't put directly on the skin as you can get "ice burns" so a paper towel or cloth is ideal.

Bought a pair of these to treat lingering golfer’s elbow (I.e. tendonitis along the inside of my left elbow). They freeze well and are robust enough to be moulded to the rough shape of whichever joint is affected. They have brought much needed relief and I have no doubt they would be equally effective in alleviating muscle pain. A go-to treatment for joint and muscle pains.

I bought these Ice Gel packs as I suffer with headaches and migraine and I'm really impressed with them. I have bought many over the years at a much higher price and some not so good quality. These are well made and look like they will last a long time, they are such good value for money. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase and they really do the job well.
