Unit had some issues when it arrived, but the seller offered to pay for repairs, and did so. That's a rare thing in my experience; this seller gets five stars for stepping up and making it right.

The item arrived as stated and was in factory packaging. The item however was not exactly as the one pictured. The description stated "You will receive the exact items pictured". The items pictured had a tag with a manufacture date of March 2021. My car was produced in February 2021 so I wanted an owners manual close to the actual production date of my car so March 2021 would be very close. The one I received had a tag date in the owners package of May 2021. So not the actual item pictured.

The box arrived but it looks like it’s been through the wringer. Lots of tape holding it together. Rollator looks ok but the bag is missing. I notified the seller and received email saying they are having the manufacturer send the bag. As yet I haven’t gotten shipping information.
