I have reached out to the seller several times. No reply at all! The purse and wallet arrived in good condition., but as soon as I opened the package cigarette smoke odor knocked me in my face. I have cleaned it in and out with everything recommended on Google. I put it in my walk-in closet unbaged. Every time I open my closet I immediately smell cigarette smoke. This is so un acceptable. The money and time I have spent trying to clean this purses and wallet is ridiculous! No more eBay for me!
