I thought that postage costs were steep as I paid £9.50 and items were only sent Tracked 24.
I would have thought for that price they should come via Special Delivery, also I was a bit disappointed that they came in a bit of bubble wrap and grey postage bag.
I would have personally sent them in a box given their value especially as the corner of the brush set box was dented in the post. But the actual items themselves was ok - maybe reduce p&p costs and send in a box in future Thanks
