I appreciated the seller's responsiveness to my request to expedite shipping as we were in close proximity. Unfortunately I missed the description being "Open Box" and for the price and my emergency of losing my real hearing aid, this was worth the time. However, when received it was not only open box but it was USED. Ear wax from someone else was included. That's nasty. I will likely throw these away as they're non returnable and buy new directly from Audien. Or, donate to Kidney Foundation.
