On eBay you put return accepted you didn't say on buyer so I'm loosing my money and the seller will get the return without any cost even there was screws missing and he didn't put any specs about the voltage that you can get full power from it I assume that it will work on either voltage from 1 to 100 volts . And you know I'll never buy from eBay anymore.
