The Worst experience, and first of its kind in 4 yrs on ebay - Item with defects listed as new, returned it- never got the return shipping cost and custom fees back, seller unresponsive and ebay's only help was suggesting to contact the seller - twice (which obviously did not work). Poor packaging, poor and evasive communication, false promises and no consequences - all the right ingredients for this business model to thrive, thanks to ebay.

The advertised sandals stated that they were new with Box. They were indeed new but came in a plastic clear bag. When contacted, they told me that all their sandals come in bags. I bought this as a gift and really wanted the box to make it more presentable. Did not have the time to return it and buy again.
