The estimated delivery date given by eBay is just that - an estimate! We will advise you of your delivery date and method ASAP so please check your messages daily as it may be sooner than the date given!
 
We send smaller items with on a 24 hour courier service and most items are dispatched within 3 working days unless specified. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number which will allow you to track your item on the day of delivery. Once an item has been dispatched with a courier we have no control of the time of your delivery the following day. If you are not in when the courier attempts delivery you will be left a card. It is your responsibility to arrange a redelivery ASAP. If the courier service does not hear from you then the item will be returned to us and you will be charged a redelivery fee.
 
Some items, including the larger items such as chest of drawers, dressing table sets and tall boys will be sent with our own driver who will check the items with you when they are delivered. Once an item has been checked and signed for we will not be held responsible for any damage found after. If your item is to be sent with our own driver we try to give at least 2 days notification of a delivery date, however we will not be able specify a time and we cannot deliver at weekends. Deliveries are made from 7am to 6pm.

If you would like your item delivering on a specific day please notify us at the time of purchase and we will do our best however this is not guaranteed and often will depend on our delivery schedules that week.
 
We cannot deliver higher than a ground floor flat. Any deliveries made to flats higher than the ground floor will made to the building entrance only.
 
Any damage/breakages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery along with photos of the damage via eBay messages.
 
Please take care when attaching the handles to the furniture. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN as this will cause the glass to crack. We will not accept responsibility for any damage caused by the over-tightening of the handles.
