    Item arrived broken. Controller was cracked, was not as described. I never got a chance to use it because it was defective. Packing needed thick bubble wrap to help secure it. Seller did refund with no hassle, so Im giving neutral feedback because of that instead of negative. Good customer service was still given.

    We purchased this remote because it is an exact replacement for the original. As with all electronics, occasionally there is a faulty unit, and the one we received was one of them. After exchanging several messages with the seller trying to resolve the issue, the seller agreed to a full refund. Other than that issue, the shipment, packaging and customer service were excellent.
