Then promised next day delivery which did happen but he forgot to include eCP number on parcel which meant I never got an advice it had arrived. Seller did try to be very helpful but on receipt found it did not have the cable groove as in the description. At end of day I got the item but customer service could be better

Hi, this was what I ordered but unfortunately I didn't plan for the fact that this is for my ebike. I suffered a life threatening car crash and was planning to take baby steps on my ebike before going on the scary road. This is my bad, not yours 😇, your product, the packaging and the timely delivery were all perfect. Any advice on popping this onto an ebike would be useful as the e cable comes out of the right side wheel nut disallowing assembly. Thanks for your perfect customer service. P
