It's a bit of a punt buying shoes online (in this case, cycling shoes) but with resect to seller, can't fault him: impresses as an honest businessman keen to do right by his customers. Pictures were deceiving. Overall condition not as good as expected. But the worst came when I dared to complain: seller offered to cover the costs for the return shipping. Twice. But changed his mind as soon as I accepted his partial refund offer. Very sad. He used ebay policies to justify himself. Worst. Maybe he didn't have to. But I find particlarly lame to break one's word... I don't recommand this seller, wo's otherwise very pushy
