CPU arrived in good condition and looks practically new although I haven't tested it yet. Glad it came in a plastic tray however it would've been safer bubble wrapped and in a box (couriers tend to throw parcels around). Nonetheless, great communication from the seller and great price. 9/10

Was sold a new "retail unit" as described, I received a "opened refurbished" unit... On discussion with the seller I was told he was going to add this after the sale? The item was unused even though opened but not as described. The seller was defective and became argumentative I've over the fact. I the end I felt sorry for the seller discovering the postage cost and accepted the item. I'm giving a positive feedback regardless of the above.

Listing had been up for sale for 5 mins, I was still editing the listing as the buyer bought the item. Product was an unused unit as the buyer said. I offered the buyer to return the item if they were not happy with it. They opened a return request and then kept the item. Really not sure why the buyer is unhappy at this point.
